Incorporation....

On July 1st 2008, we decided to incorporate our company and become Limited.

KramersDesigns was dissolved as a partnership and Kramers Designs & Signs Limited was born.

Original business aims 2005...

In early 2005 we were planning to go into business and set a few simple business aims that we hoped to achieve. We did not expect, or even want, to become a "huge" concern and, therefore, our original aims will possibly appear very modest to many people; some might even view them as too limiting.

Our business aims 2005 (in no particular order):

• Maintain (or improve) current standard of living Achieved
• Achieve better work/life balance Achieved (sometimes!)
• Repay £3000 loan to investors within three years Achieved within 18 months
• Clear personal credit card debt within three years Achieved within two years
• Achieve £24,000 turnover p/a for first three years Exceeded
• Grow client base to total 20 in first year Achieved
• Build reputation for quality work, competitive pricing and reliability Achieved
